Product Design Manager

What you will do

• Manage, coach, and grow a team of senior product designers by setting craft standards and providing direct feedback.
• Define design vision and strategy in partnership with Product and Business stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end design quality and consistency across consumer and agent journeys.
• Establish and scale design operations and processes.
• Maintain the design system, ensuring synchronization between Figma libraries and front-end code.
• Advocate for user experience and accessibility standards across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City.
• 7-10 years of experience in product design, including 2+ years in a lead or management role.
• Strong command of UI conventions for responsive web and native mobile.
• Proven ability to integrate AI into design workflows for prototyping and research.
• Proficiency with UX metrics and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
