Product Design Manager (PropTech): Leading Vietnam’s product design team and shaping consumer and agent experiences across property marketplaces with an accent on design strategy, measurable outcomes, and design system ownership. Focus on coaching senior designers, integrating AI into the design workflow, localizing Figma libraries, and maintaining accessibility and consistency across web and mobile products.
Location: Hybrid role based in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

What you will do
- Manage, coach, hire, and develop a team of senior product designers while setting craft and collaboration standards.
- Establish scalable design operations, run critiques, provide feedback, and support career growth.
- Set product design vision and strategy in partnership with Product and Business from problem framing through measurable outcomes.
- Guide discovery and user research, using product feedback, data, and customer insights to identify opportunities and shape roadmap priorities.
- Own the design system, visual language, Figma libraries, and consistency across consumer and agent journeys.
- Partner with design system and front-end engineering teams to localize the system for Vietnam and keep design aligned with code while upholding accessibility standards.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of product design experience, including at least 2 years in a lead or management role.
- A portfolio of case studies demonstrating measurable business impact from design.
- Strong knowledge of responsive web and native mobile UI conventions, including performance and footprint optimization.
- Proficiency with UX metrics and data tracking.
- Proven ability to integrate AI into design workflows, including rapid prototyping, research synthesis, and documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for different audiences.
