What you will do

• Collaborate with R&D to define reliability requirements and verification solutions.
• Create and execute test plans, analyze data, and document results in formal reports.
• Manage, maintain, and calibrate testing tools and laboratory facilities.
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing new testing methodologies.
• Ensure strict compliance with 5S and safety standards in all laboratory activities.
• Stay updated with advancements in escalator electrical and software testing techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Electrical & Electronics, or Technical Science.
• 2+ years of experience in electrical testing or development.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and automation control systems.
• Good English writing and speaking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AI tools and automated office tools.
• Understanding of Embedded SW, PCBA, Drive, and EMC.
