What you will do
- Own and evolve core agent infrastructure, including memory, orchestration, and LLM integration pipelines.
- Build and scale high-load backend systems using TypeScript/Node.js on Kubernetes and AWS.
- Design reliable agent flows capable of handling real-world edge cases at production scale.
- Drive technical decisions regarding architecture, tooling, and agent system design.
- Maintain high engineering standards through testing, observability, and clean ownership.
Requirements
- 4+ years of backend engineering experience with a strong Node.js/TypeScript background.
- Hands-on experience with AI agents or LLM-based systems in production or through deep pet projects.
- Proven track record of building high-load production systems that scale.
- Experience with Kubernetes and AWS at scale.
- Strong ownership mindset and proactive approach to identifying and fixing technical issues.
