What you will do

• Own and evolve core agent infrastructure, including memory, orchestration, and LLM integration pipelines.
• Build and scale high-load backend systems using TypeScript/Node.js on Kubernetes and AWS.
• Design reliable agent flows capable of handling real-world edge cases at production scale.
• Drive technical decisions regarding architecture, tooling, and agent system design.
• Maintain high engineering standards through testing, observability, and clean ownership.

Requirements

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience with a strong Node.js/TypeScript background.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents or LLM-based systems in production or through deep pet projects.
• Proven track record of building high-load production systems that scale.
• Experience with Kubernetes and AWS at scale.
• Strong ownership mindset and proactive approach to identifying and fixing technical issues.
