We're hiring a Head of Marketing at 9 RED 🚀

Looking for a strong marketing leader with a proven performance/growth background who can take ownership of the marketing function, scale acquisition channels, and drive business growth.

📌 What You'll Do:
• Own and drive the marketing strategy and its execution (performance +
affiliate)
• Scale acquisition channels (Facebook, UAC, SEO, influencers, etc.)
• Manage and grow the partner network (affiliates, agencies, webmasters)
• Monitor and optimize key metrics (CPA, ROI, LTV, FTD)
• Analyze traffic performance and make data-driven decisions
• Build and optimize reporting and analytics systems
• Oversee tracking setup (UTM, AppsFlyer, Keitaro, etc.)
• Launch and test new hypotheses and acquisition channels
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently
• Collaborate closely with product, analytics, and other internal teams
• Monitor market trends and identify new growth opportunities

📌 What We're Looking For:
• 4–5+ years of experience in performance / digital marketing (preferably in iGaming / betting / affiliate)
• Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPA, ROI, LTV, FTD, CTR, etc.)
• Proven experience in scaling traffic across multiple channels
• Hands-on experience with tracking tools (AppsFlyer, Keitaro, Voluum, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills (Excel / Google Sheets / dashboards)
• English level: C1
