What you will do

• Prepare and execute full-cycle research processes, from problem mapping to analysis.
• Conduct user testing, in-depth interviews (IDIs), focus groups, tree testing, and card sorting.
• Facilitate workshops with clients and internal interdisciplinary teams.
• Synthesize findings into personas, user journey maps, and blueprints to inspire product decisions.
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, developers, and data analysts.

Requirements

• Commercial experience as a UX Researcher working on digital products and services.
• Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Fluency in Polish and professional proficiency in English.
• Knowledge and experience in working with AI.
• Ability to independently plan research projects and navigate multiple stakeholder groups.

Nice to have

• Experience working in consulting, agency, or multi-project environments.
• Familiarity with tools such as Dovetail, TheyDo, Lookback, Figma, and FigJam.
