Sustainability Manager (Finance)

What you will do

• Collaborate with the Head of Corporate Responsibility and stakeholders to develop the company’s sustainability strategy.
• Prepare and coordinate quarterly Sustainability Committee meetings and implement decided measures.
• Produce annual sustainability disclosures, including Sustainability reports, PRI reporting, and climate reporting such as TCFD.
• Manage the Corporate Sustainability website and create content, including blog articles.
• Monitor regulatory developments (NUFG, national CO2 legislations, CSRD ESRS) and participate in industry working groups.

Requirements

• Degree in business, economics, environmental, or social sciences.
• Experience in corporate sustainability and regulatory disclosures within the financial industry.
• Proven project work experience in sustainability (regulatory, environmental, or social).
• Familiarity with national, EU, and global sustainability landscapes.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
• Location: Must be based in Zurich, Switzerland.
