What you will do

• Operate and evolve observability platforms, primarily Elastic Stack and Zabbix, to ensure stability and data quality.
• Perform incident troubleshooting and root-cause analysis by correlating logs, metrics, alerts, and system behavior.
• Maintain and improve log ingestion and processing pipelines, ensuring alignment with the Elastic Common Schema (ECS).
• Tuning monitoring solutions, including host, item, and template management in Zabbix.
• Improve organizational visibility through the creation of better dashboards, signal coverage, and alert quality.
• Evaluate and adopt complementary tools such as OpenTelemetry, Cribl, Vector, and Grafana.

Requirements

• Experience working with observability systems, including logs, metrics, and monitoring.
• Strong Linux system administration skills, including troubleshooting and performance analysis.
• Practical experience with Zabbix (installation, configuration, templates, and alerts).
• Familiarity with Docker-based environments.
• Working knowledge of Python for scripting and automation.
• Comfortable working with JSON and YAML.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch or Elastic Cloud Enterprise (ECE).
• Experience creating and maintaining Kibana dashboards.
• Familiarity with Grafana.
• Exposure to OpenTelemetry concepts or pipelines.
• Basic JavaScript knowledge for customization or integrations.
