What you will do

• Develop and execute global communications strategies for the Vehicles, Action Figures, and Building Sets categories.
• Create high-quality communications materials, including press releases, media alerts, and pitches for tentpole campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with trade, business, consumer, and entertainment press outlets.
• Manage logistics and execution of key media activations and multi-brand trade events.
• Partner with marketing, design, development, and legal teams to deliver scaled communications programs.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in public relations or communications (agency or in-house).
• Must be based in Los Angeles to work closely with cross-functional partners and media.
• Demonstrated experience owning and leading communications campaigns end-to-end.
• Strong media relations experience across traditional and non-traditional channels.
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Strong storytelling skills and confident verbal and written communication.
