What you will do

• Implement and enforce physical security standards across data centers and partner facilities.
• Manage facility access requests and approvals based on least-privilege principles.
• Conduct periodic security inspections, risk assessments, and internal audits.
• Lead and document security incident investigations and remediation.
• Maintain alignment with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and other global security frameworks.
• Develop and deliver security training for employees, vendors, and visitors.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in physical security operations, preferably within data centers or critical infrastructure.
• Background in law enforcement, military, or corporate security is highly valued.
• Strong understanding of physical security technologies such as CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Proficiency with productivity tools including Google Workspace and MS Office.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as PSP, CPP, CPTED, Genetec, or Axis.
