What you will do
- Lead the deployment of ML models into production using Databricks and MLFlow.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment of ML artifacts.
- Build and maintain reliable feature serving systems to ensure consistency between training and inference.
- Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting to ensure production models meet performance requirements.
- Collaborate with data scientists and platform engineers to productionize models and manage their lifecycle.
- Spearhead the adoption of industry best practices in ML engineering, data governance, and resource optimization.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from Dublin, Ireland.
- 7+ years of experience in ML Engineering, MLOps, or data engineering.
- 4+ years of experience with Databricks and MLFlow.
- Proficiency in Python, Scala, or Java.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CDK.
