Salary: £150,000 - £190,000

What you will do

• Guide prospects and customers on the suitability of hirify.global for their specific applications.
• Demonstrate the technical benefits and drawbacks of the hirify.global platform and cloud service.
• Position hirify.global successfully against alternative technologies and technical patterns.
• Drive the expansion of production applications using hirify.global within customer organizations.
• Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute strategic account plans.
• Own the technical relationship with key customer decision-makers.

Requirements

• Excellent technical communication skills, including presenting, whiteboarding, and writing.
• Deep knowledge of distributed system technologies, design decisions, and best practices.
• Ability to construct prototypes using Java, Golang, Typescript, Python, PHP, C#, or Ruby.
• Proficiency in production operations topics such as security, reliability, performance, and cost management.
• Experience working with major cloud providers and their application development services.
• Must be located in the United Kingdom.

• Ability to quickly master new technical topics directly from Engineering.
• Capability to onboard efficiently without formal sales-specific training.
• Strong collaboration skills when working with engineers at customer organizations.
• Experience acting as a technical coach for others.
