What you will do

• Design and architect scalable AI solutions, including AI agents for NOC operations and automated network diagnostics.
• Lead the evaluation, fine-tuning, and integration of open-source LLMs (e.g., Llama series) and proprietary models like GPT-4.
• Develop and maintain the automation framework using Python and PowerShell runbook executors.
• Train ML models for anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, and capacity planning using IT operational data.
• Manage the product backlog and define user stories as a Solution Owner in an Agile environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product-market fit and provide SME guidance on AIOps and ITPA.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in IT services, with at least 3 years specifically in AI Engineering and IT Service Automation.
• Proficiency in Python and at least one other scripting language (PowerShell or Shell).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and deep learning frameworks, preferably PyTorch.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (Azure or GCP).
• Strong knowledge of Network Services, protocols, and ITIL process modules.
• Must be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
