Location: Hybrid: Based at hirify.global UK Headquarters in Saxham (5 days in office, 1 day WFH after probation)

What you will do

• Assist the Head of Business Administration with daily operational and administrative tasks.
• Manage compliance matters and oversee the Performance and Staff Appraisal (PSA) process throughout the year.
• Serve as the first point of contact for insurance claims and perform related analysis.
• Organize Charity Committee meetings and various company events.
• Provide administrative support for company vehicles, facilities, and site management.
• Support Health and Safety administration, including the organization of training sessions.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to commute to Saxham, UK.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong IT proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and communicate with staff at all levels.
• Willingness and enthusiasm to learn and a strong character.
