TL;DR
Team Lead Unity Developer (Unity/C#): Leading a development team to build a brand new game project and evolving core gameplay systems with an accent on team management, technical design, and code quality. Location: Hybrid from hubs in Tbilisi, Yerevan, Almaty, or Cyprus

What you will do
- Lead a team of 5-10 developers and establish transparent, efficient development processes.
- Drive talent management, including hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and professional growth.
- Develop and evolve core and meta gameplay systems.
- Maintain code quality through regular code reviews, refactoring, and optimization.
- Participate in task decomposition, technical design, and feature-level technical decision making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial experience developing mobile games with Unity and C#.
- Proven experience leading development teams of 5-10 engineers.
- Experience with employee evaluation frameworks such as PDPs, 360 assessments, and performance reviews.
- Deep understanding of software architecture patterns and Dependency Injection.
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative development practices.
- Fluent Russian language skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with ECS frameworks (Morpeh, LeoECS, Entitas, or DOTS).
- Understanding of Unity's physics systems (collisions, rigidbodies, triggers).
- Experience developing for desktop platforms.
- Experience with performance optimization and profiling.
