TL;DR
Team Lead Unity Developer (Unity/C#): Leading a development team to build a brand new game project and evolving core gameplay systems with an accent on team management, technical design, and code quality. Focus on driving talent management, implementing software architecture patterns, and optimizing mobile game performance.
Location: Hybrid from hubs in Tbilisi, Yerevan, Almaty, or Cyprus

What you will do
- Lead a team of 5-10 developers and establish transparent, efficient development processes.
- Drive talent management, including hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and professional growth.
- Develop and evolve core and meta gameplay systems.
- Maintain code quality through regular code reviews, refactoring, and optimization.
- Participate in task decomposition, technical design, and feature-level technical decision making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial experience developing mobile games with Unity and C#.
- Proven experience leading development teams of 5-10 engineers.
- Experience with employee evaluation frameworks such as PDPs, 360 assessments, and performance reviews.
- Deep understanding of software architecture patterns and Dependency Injection.
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative development practices.
- Fluent Russian language skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with ECS frameworks (Morpeh, LeoECS, Entitas, or DOTS).
- Understanding of Unity's physics systems (collisions, rigidbodies, triggers).
- Experience developing for desktop platforms.
- Experience with performance optimization and profiling.
