Test Analyst

What you will do

• Review business requirements and project documentation to define test scope and activities.
• Develop and maintain test strategies and functional risk assessments.
• Coordinate and supervise functional testers to ensure quality standards.
• Monitor testing progress, identify risks, and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful test planning and execution.
• Review test scenarios and cases for completeness and consistency.

Requirements

• Junior or Medior level experience in software testing or test coordination.
• Understanding of software development and testing lifecycles.
• Experience reviewing requirements, specifications, and testing documentation.
• Knowledge of test design techniques and risk-based testing principles.
• English language proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and within a project team.

Nice to have

• Experience coordinating testing teams or mentoring testers.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Familiarity with test management tools like Jira, Xray, or Azure DevOps.
• ISTQB Foundation Level or relevant certifications.
• Experience in enterprise-scale application testing.
