Network Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead and develop technical teams to ensure reliable and high-quality network service delivery.
• Design, implement, and govern complex network architectures including SDN, routing, and switching.
• Manage security posture, compliance, and risk mitigation across enterprise network environments.
• Drive operational efficiency through network automation, scripting, and adoption of AI-driven optimization.
• Provide technical leadership for incident, problem, and change management based on ITIL frameworks.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, clients, and vendors to provide strategic recommendations and reporting.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of progressive experience in network engineering and infrastructure management.
• Native Thai communication skills and professional fluency in English.
• Deep expertise in SDN, data center networking, firewalls, and load balancing.
• Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing end-to-end network operations.
• Strong command of ITIL frameworks and governance in large-scale environments.
• CCNP certification required; CCIE or advanced security/cloud certifications preferred.
