What you will do

• Own end-to-end coordination of S/4HANA migration activities aligned with program objectives.
• Act as the primary counterpart to external migration leads to ensure alignment on scope and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts between IT, Data Governance, and business units.
• Oversee the full data migration lifecycle including mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating proactively to program leadership.
• Coordinate testing activities such as mock loads, dress rehearsals, and cutover simulations.

Requirements

• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA data migration projects.
• Proven leadership in complex, cross-functional programs.
• Solid understanding of data migration lifecycles and methodologies.
• Experience working with external system integrators.
• Understanding of data governance and data quality practices.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
