What you will do

• Define and evolve the architecture for key platform domains including APIs, data flows, and security.
• Translate business requirements into pragmatic technical designs and architecture roadmaps.
• Partner with squad leads to design solutions and ensure alignment with target architecture.
• Champion platform thinking by defining reusable patterns and shared services to reduce technical debt.
• Provide hands-on support through prototyping, code reviews, and debugging critical production issues.
• Mentor senior engineers and tech leads to foster a culture of thoughtful design and documentation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on senior or architect roles.
• Strong experience with modern backend, distributed architectures, and event-driven patterns.
• Solid understanding of cloud-native architecture, containers, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Proven hands-on experience architecting GenAI systems and agentic implementations.
• Ability to design for scale, performance, and reliability in production SaaS environments.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with financial services, B2B SaaS, or enterprise integrations.
• Background in data platforms, analytics, or ML-adjacent systems.
