TL;DR
Customer Support (Ecommerce): Providing comprehensive support for French-speaking customers with an accent on product advisory and marketplace management. Focus on managing high-volume inbound phone communications and coordinating with internal back-office teams to resolve complex inquiries.
Location: Bratislava, Slovakia or Remote from Slovakia
Salary: 1 200 EUR/month plus bonuses

What you will do
- Serve as the primary contact for French-speaking customers via phone (90%) and email.
- Advise customers on the product portfolio, orders, and returns processes.
- Handle first-level inquiries and coordinate with the Back Office.
- Manage consumer marketplaces, including Amazon and eBay.
- Document and post-process customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure service quality.
Requirements
- French: C1/Native level proficiency required
- English or Slovak: C1 proficiency required
- Must be based in Slovakia
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude and self-motivation.
- Secondary education or higher (Bachelor's/Master's).
