TL;DR
Event Manager: Plan, organize, and execute high-impact events for employee engagement and company culture with an accent on large-scale event delivery, vendor/partner coordination, and post-event analysis. Focus on translating business and culture objectives into memorable experiences while managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Location: Hybrid — Vilnius or Kaunas offices (also possible to work from home or anywhere in the world)
Compensation: Gross salary starting from 3000 EUR/month (depending on experience)

What you will do
- Plan, organize, and execute events including high-scale summer/winter fests, town halls, internal conferences, and other initiatives.
- Own event planning end-to-end: budgeting, communication, execution, and on-site coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to bring event ideas to life.
- Identify, establish, and manage partnerships with agencies, vendors, and external partners.
- Manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Measure event success via post-event analysis and continuously improve future events based on feedback.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in event management with a proven track record of delivering impactful events.
- Ability to translate business and culture objectives into meaningful experiences.
- Strong organization and attention to detail; able to manage several complex projects at once.
- Comfort working in ambiguity and adjusting plans when needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
