What you will do

• Develop and mature a scalable platform to accelerate software delivery and enhance developer experience.
• Implement ephemeral environments based on pull requests to enable faster validation and safer changes.
• Strengthen CI/CD capabilities by embedding automation, quality gates, and repeatable deployment patterns.
• Drive the adoption of GitOps-based deployment principles to increase consistency and transparency.
• Enhance the security posture of the platform, including secure pipelines, secrets handling, and access control.
• Improve observability, ensuring teams can monitor, trace, and react proactively to issues.

Requirements

• Solid experience within DevOps, Platform, or Cloud Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
• Proven expertise in designing reliable build and release flows through CI/CD and automation.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Nice to have

• Experience with GitOps principles and tooling.
• Familiarity with observability practices including monitoring, logging, and tracing.
• Experience with incident handling in production environments.
