What you will do

• Lead and oversee daily operations of the account management team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Mentor and develop account managers through regular coaching and performance reviews.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients to drive engagement and satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance and support revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex client issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.
• Establish structured processes for account planning, reporting, and CRM documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the payments industry with deep understanding of merchant operations.
• 3+ years of experience working with high-risk industries, specifically iGaming or similar verticals.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing client-facing teams.
• Fluent English and Russian proficiency.
• Strong commercial mindset focused on revenue growth and strategic thinking.
• Willingness to travel for business, including industry conferences and client meetings.
