What you will do

• Analyze MRP results and manage weekly planned buy messages to release purchase orders.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of POs including release, expediting, de-expediting, and cancellations.
• Monitor and address critical material shortages through escalation to commodity management.
• Manage supplier performance, including on-time delivery and quality-related RMA processes.
• Coordinate ECN changes with suppliers and evaluate material impact for future cut-ins.
• Resolve issues related to PPV, shipping, receiving, and accounts payable.

Requirements

• Must be local to Lapu-Lapu City, Philippines
• Degree in Industrial or Electronics Engineering or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Power Tools (Power BI, Query).
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to interface with global teams.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules as required.
