What you will do

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with high-value clients to determine their needs.
• Manage assigned accounts from start to finish, ensuring all inquiries are addressed.
• Identify growth opportunities within the client base and collaborate with the VIP team.
• Analyze client behaviors and overall value to the business.
• Engage with VIP players using chat, email, Telegram, and other platforms.
• Collaborate with internal departments and senior hosts to improve customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, Jira, and Intercom.
• Ability to work a 6-day work week schedule.
• Strong gambling or cryptocurrency knowledge is considered an advantage.
