TL;DR
Staff Forward Deployed Engineer (AI): Leading technical engagements across APAC to deploy an enterprise AI agent control plane with an accent on Kubernetes infrastructure and secure system integration. Focus on designing reference architectures, unblocking enterprise production deployments, and bridging field insights into the product roadmap.
Location: Remote (Must live and work in Singapore and be legally authorized to work there)

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end forward deployed engagements across APAC, from scoping technical goals to achieving production deployment.
- Act as the primary technical anchor and escalation point for the most complex platform and Kubernetes problems.
- Design and deliver improvements to the platform's Kubernetes deployment mechanisms and contribute changes upstream.
- Define reusable reference architectures and deployment standards for the APAC region and the wider organization.
- Set the technical bar for APAC by mentoring engineers through design reviews and pairing.
- Channel field insights and region-specific regulatory needs into the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a senior or lead engineer in enterprise customer-facing delivery.
- Deep Kubernetes expertise including cluster architecture, networking, RBAC, and writing controllers in Go.
- Proven experience with Helm authoring and GitOps via Flux or ArgoCD.
- Strong observability skills with Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Datadog, or Grafana.
- Must be based in Singapore with legal authorization to work.
- Hands-on experience building or running MCP servers or AI agent tooling.
