Location: Must be based in the USA (Maxwell AFB, AL). Role may require occasional onsite work at customer facilities.

Salary: $55,300 – $126,000 (annualized USD).

What you will do

• Analyze client organizational structures and day-to-day operations to identify process improvements.
• Track and report IT investment registrations, updates, and change requests.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders, engineers, and analysts.
• Develop roadmaps for organizational transformation and mission success.
• Manage IT portfolio management data and ensure compliance with government standards.
• Provide direct support to government program managers regarding IT investment portfolios.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• IAT Level II or IAM Level II certification (DoD 8500.01M/DoD 8140) required.
• 1+ years of experience in portfolio management using IT investment tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Knowledge of government budgeting, contracts, and portfolio management.

Nice to have

• Experience with ITIPS (Information Technology Investment Portfolio Suite).
• Knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF) and eMASS tool.
• Ability to conduct security testing or assessments.
