HR Services Specialist (Workday)

What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end employee lifecycle support and ensure accurate transactions in Workday.
• Provide advanced HRIS support, including troubleshooting system issues and partnering with COEs and HRBPs.
• Coordinate with external vendors for benefits, payroll, and HR technology to maintain service quality.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and internal policies while supporting audits.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex HR issues to ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements for assigned regions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR support or operations, preferably within a shared services environment.
• Hands-on experience with Workday, including system navigation and data management.
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Power BI for analyzing operational metrics.
• Experience supporting payroll-related processes in a high-volume environment.
