What you will do

• Manage security planning, management, and risk assessments for the duty station.
• Provide technical and administrative assistance to ensure the safety of personnel and their families.
• Safeguard hirify.global premises, assets, and resources.
• Coordinate with the Hub Coordinator and Security Adviser to implement security protocols.
• Support humanitarian response efforts in a complex, evolving security environment.

Requirements

• University degree in Security Risk Management, International Relations, Conflict Analysis, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of professional experience in global security risk management or security analysis.
• Must be based in Butembo or able to work on-site in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
• Understanding of the United Nations Security Management System.
• Ability to work in fragile settings and humanitarian contexts.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of an official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, or Spanish) or a local language.
• Demonstrated international security management experience.
