What you will do

  • Define and maintain compensation bands across the global job architecture.
  • Lead the annual compensation review cycle, including benchmarking and offer modeling.
  • Manage equity programs, including grant cycles, vesting, and performance alignment.
  • Implement and evolve compensation frameworks to ensure global competitiveness and transparency.
  • Partner with Finance and Legal to ensure compliance and effective reward analytics.
  • Develop toolkits and policies to enable managers to articulate the company reward philosophy.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in compensation and total rewards, preferably in high-growth tech or scale-ups.
  • Deep expertise in compensation banding, benchmarking, and equity program structures.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of partnering with Finance and Legal departments.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex reward topics to diverse audiences.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Stockholm.
