What you will do

  • Build and maintain reward dashboards covering compensation, equity, and benefits to support data-informed decision-making.
  • Support compensation benchmarking cycles by gathering market data and modeling scenarios.
  • Analyze equity data, including grant activity, vesting milestones, and program performance.
  • Improve People operations processes and documentation to reduce manual effort and increase accuracy.
  • Coordinate benefits administration and mobility documentation with external vendors.
  • Prepare communication materials for employees and managers regarding reward topics.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in People, Reward, Finance, or Operations analyst roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with compensation frameworks, equity programs, or benefits administration.
  • High attention to detail and experience handling sensitive, confidential data.
  • Process-builder mindset with the ability to present complex data simply to stakeholders.
