TL;DR
Security Product Services Engineer (Cybersecurity): Implementing, integrating, monitoring, and supporting security solutions across clients’ on-premise and cloud IT landscapes with an accent on product configuration, SIEM integration, and security operations. Focus on troubleshooting product issues, maintaining security policies and patches, producing service reports, and meeting contractual SLAs for enterprise clients.
Location: Remote from Brazil; home office within Brazil

What you will do
- Install, configure, integrate, and troubleshoot security products under the guidance of Security Solutions Architects.
- Implement security solutions across client on-premise and cloud environments supporting Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, SAP, JDE, Hyperion, and related applications.
- Integrate security solutions with client SIEM platforms and verify successful deployments against project plans.
- Monitor implemented solutions and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly client reports.
- Manage support cases, product issue logs, configuration documentation, security policies, patches, and software updates in line with SLAs.
- Collaborate with clients, Global Security Services teams, project managers, account managers, and architects to improve implementations and resolve issues.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience with IT procedures, data center operations, and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of technology stack tiers, including networks, application servers, and database servers.
- Experience following installation and configuration manuals, repeatable project plans, and product best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven contribution to IT, professional services, or managed services projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience with database activity monitoring, application monitoring, virtual patching, cloud security, encryption, and identity management.
- Understanding of public cloud infrastructure, including AWS, Azure, and GCP, as well as private cloud providers.
- Managed services or professional services experience, contractual SLA management, and a consulting background.
