What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and guide the mobile development team across iOS and Android platforms.
• Own the end-to-end release process for the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Define and enforce mobile architecture patterns and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, Backend, and QA teams to ensure high-performance and secure mobile experiences.
• Drive technical design sessions and ensure solutions are scalable and maintainable.
• Monitor app performance, resolve production issues, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in mobile application development.
• 2+ years of experience as a Mobile Team Lead or Technical Lead.
• Strong hands-on experience in either iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin/Java).
• Proven experience publishing and maintaining apps on Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Deep understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Limassol, Cyprus.

Nice to have

• Experience in Fintech, Forex, or high-performance digital trading platforms.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools to improve speed and quality.
