What you will do

• Provide technical support for instrument maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Conduct training sessions for internal service engineers and customers to ensure a sustainable business model.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend new instrument systems based on requirement assessments.
• Collaborate with team members to review work orders and ensure compliance with corporate goals.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and compliance procedures including audits for OSHA, EPA, NRC, and FDA.
• Support field molecular integration activities and provide feedback on technical procedure improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work in Stillwater, Minnesota, USA.
• H.S. Diploma required; degree in science, technology, or Biomedical Equipment Technology preferred.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Knowledge of electronics, medical terminology, chemistry, and physics.
• Skill in installing, servicing, and maintaining medical diagnostic or clinical laboratory instrumentation.
• Working knowledge of cGMPs and good laboratory practices.
