Marketing Specialist

HIRING PROCESS
1. Intro call (30 min): A Google Meet call focusing on baseline fit and energy.


2. Live interview + case exercise (on-site): Deep dive into your creative thinking and how you work.


3. Culture discussion: Final round to ensure mutual alignment on ownership, pace, and what would you bring into our team as a person.


4. Final decision within days—not weeks.






Start: July 13th, 2026 the earliest (or upon agreement later in the summer).

Employment type: Can be either full-time, or 3-4 days a week-part time (open-ended=toistaiseksi voimassaoleva), depending on the applicant's situation and preference.

Location: Helsinki (Kamppi). Please note, that this is an office-based role with remote flexibility by the company's policy (currently up to 2 days/week) after ~1-3 month on-site onboarding period.
