What you will do

• Define and drive end-to-end test strategies, coverage standards, and QA processes for the WW3 title across mobile and web platforms.
• Own the product release process as the final stakeholder on quality, utilizing KPIs to back decisions.
• Lead bug triage and prioritization to ensure critical defects are resolved efficiently.
• Manage and mentor a team of QA specialists to foster professional growth and high performance.
• Research and integrate emerging AI technologies to modernize testing workflows and production pipelines.
• Track and report QA KPIs, including defect density and escape rate, to leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in manual testing, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
• Proven experience in the gaming industry, specifically with free-to-play, browser-based, or mobile strategy games.
• Full-stack QA expertise covering both backend services and frontend UI.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Malta with a valid work permit.
• AI-forward mindset with comfort leveraging tools like Claude to optimize QA processes.
