What you will do

• Architect cross-platform SDKs and developer-friendly APIs that behave identically across iOS, Android, React Native, Flutter, and Web.
• Develop high-value features for engagement (real-time tracking, push notifications, AI recommendations) and monetization/measurement.
• Implement and maintain strict support for evolving platform privacy requirements, including Apple Privacy Manifests and Android Privacy Sandbox.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, semantic versioning, and backward compatibility to ensure system reliability.
• Lead root-cause investigations for complex client issues and maintain strict SLOs and crash-free rates.
• Utilize AI coding agents to optimize design, conduct code reviews, and mentor fellow engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years specifically building mobile SDKs or libraries for enterprise clients.
• Expert-level proficiency in Swift (Modern Concurrency, async/await, actors) and/or Kotlin (Coroutines & Flow).
• Deep understanding of iOS/Android architecture, app lifecycles, background execution, and push notification systems (APNs, FCM).
• Expertise in mobile performance optimization regarding memory, battery, and network efficiency.
• Proficiency with CI/CD, automated testing, Git, and SDK versioning.
• Experience incorporating AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) into daily workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with cross-platform frameworks (Flutter, React Native) and Web technologies (JS/TypeScript, WebView bridges).
• AdTech expertise, including mobile ad SDKs, mediation platforms (AdMob, AppLovin MAX), and attribution (SKAdNetwork, ATT).
• Experience in AI-augmented engineering (MCP tools, RAG pipelines) and on-device ML inference (Core ML, ML Kit).
• Proven experience mentoring engineers and managing end-to-end client escalations.
