What you will do

• Maintain and improve infrastructure across bare-metal and distributed environments.
• Automate provisioning and configuration using Ansible.
• Support CI pipelines and improve delivery processes.
• Operate and scale services including PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis, etcd, and Kafka.
• Build and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
• Collaborate with developers to improve service deployment and reliability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure roles.
• Fluent Russian and English (B2 level or higher).
• Strong Linux and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing).
• Hands-on experience with Ansible and Docker.
• Practical experience with PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis, etcd, and Kafka.
• Basic scripting skills in Bash or Python.

• Experience in fintech or crypto projects.
