What you will do

• Perform global commissioning of Wind Farm Controller systems, primarily through remote support.
• Manage controller interfaces and prepare grid code testing activities.
• Collaborate with customer experts to define project-specific requirements and technical solutions.
• Analyze system performance and troubleshoot issues using diagnostic methods.
• Assist in technical discussions and negotiations with customers and subcontractors.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes within the Windfarm Control Operations team.

Requirements

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or equivalent.
• Fluent German and English language skills required.
• Experience with Wind Farm Controller systems and integration processes.
• Knowledge of communication protocols including Modbus TCP, IEC 60870, and OPC UA.
• Experience with root cause analysis tools like Wireshark and PLC commissioning.
• Willingness to travel for business as required.

Nice to have

• Certification as an electrically skilled person (Elektrofachkraft).
• Knowledge of wind turbine technologies.
• Spanish or additional language skills.
