TL;DR

Android Developer (Kotlin Multiplatform): Building and scaling mobile experiences for automotive diagnostic tools with an accent on Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) and cross-platform architecture. Focus on implementing innovative features, collaborating with R&D teams, and leveraging AI-augmented engineering workflows to deliver high-quality mobile solutions.

Location: Hybrid (must be based in or able to work from Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania)

Salary: €4,200–€8,000 gross/month

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain mobile features using a shared Kotlin Multiplatform codebase.
  • Collaborate with backend, hardware, and R&D teams to integrate software with automotive technology.
  • Own technical solutions end-to-end, from scoping and planning to implementation and delivery.
  • Utilize AI-assisted development tools like Cursor and Claude Code to accelerate experimentation.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure long-term codebase maintainability.
  • Maintain high standards for performance, code quality, and user experience.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Kotlin and Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and full professional proficiency in English.
  • Solid understanding of Android development principles and mobile architecture.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools in a daily workflow.
  • Ability to work independently and drive technical solutions forward.
  • Practical exposure to iOS development or Swift is considered an advantage.
