What you will do

• Design and build scalable, reliable data pipelines to ingest data from infrastructure, platform services, and business systems.
• Define data models and schemas to create a digital twin of hirify.global's operations, monitoring, and analytics.
• Create trusted datasets and metrics for capacity planning, cost optimization, and customer reporting.
• Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and alerting to ensure data correctness and availability.
• Take end-to-end ownership of projects from initial design through to production and iteration.
• Collaborate with Product and Commercial teams to translate business questions into robust data solutions.

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on experience building in Palantir Foundry, including ontology modelling and pipeline development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and data engineering frameworks (Spark, PySpark, Dask, pandas).
• Experience with API-driven data integration, including REST, GraphQL, and Foundry Action APIs.
• Practical experience with Git-based development workflows, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, early-stage environments where requirements evolve quickly.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in Singapore/APAC.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure telemetry.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, monitoring data, or usage-based billing data.
• Experience supporting customer-facing data products or platforms.
