What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design process from initial concept to final execution, ensuring a functional and intuitive product.
• Translate complex customer needs and business requirements into development-ready designs.
• Create user cases, scenarios, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for screens and flows.
• Utilize the ShadCN design library to assemble consistent and scalable design elements.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager and Creative Director to conduct user research and prototype new experiences.
• Develop visual assets and document clear design guidelines for the implementation phase.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience in UX/UI design or product design.
• Proficiency in Figma, including the use of design systems and symbol libraries.
• Proven ability in user research, journey mapping, and making data-informed design decisions.
• Strong visual design skills encompassing typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Proficient copywriting skills in English.
• Access to a Mac for design work.
