About the Company:
Performance marketing company (10+ years), working in iGaming and other verticals. Strong infrastructure, processes, and 24/7 support for scaling high-volume campaigns. Tier 1–2 GEOs: EU, Canada, etc.
Responsibilities:
• Lead TikTok buying team
• Build and scale acquisition strategies
• Optimize ROI / ROMI and key KPIs
• Analyze funnels and performance
• Test and scale hypotheses
• Work with Tier 1 / Tier 2 GEOs
• Coordinate with creative & analytics teams
• Support budget and strategy decisions
Requirements:
• 3+ years in media buying / affiliate marketing
• Strong TikTok Ads experience in iGaming
• Team lead / senior experience
• $10K+/day budget experience
• Strong understanding of key metrics (CPA, CTR, EPC, FTD, ROMI)
• Experience with PWA / WebView funnels
• Strategic mindset + hands-on experience
