• Monitor scientific advancements, regulatory changes, and market trends; maintain relationships with academic and industry partners.
• Manage intellectual property development and protection.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Act as a product expert for polymer additives: lead new product development and provide production and customer support.

Requirements
