What you will do

• Rotate through sales, marketing, and event operations departments over a 1-year period.
• Support lead generation, pitch preparation, and sales team growth initiatives.
• Analyze digital marketing campaign performance and research client behavior.
• Assist with logistics planning, on-site event deployment, and general event management.
• Collaborate with industry experts and internal teams on diverse projects.

Requirements

• Recent graduate (within the past 1 year) with a degree in event management, business administration, or marketing.
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders.
• Passion for the events industry and desire to build a career in management.
