What you will do
- Maintain accurate data records and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Facilitate division meetings and ensure data readiness for strategic discussions.
- Oversee business process accuracy and proactively initiate efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with operation managers to support and implement improvement initiatives.
- Assist in cross-functional projects to ensure seamless coordination between teams.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective inter-departmental coordination.
- Must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
