What you will do
- Develop and implement L&D strategies aligned with company business objectives.
- Build a modern learning ecosystem using blended learning and digital platforms.
- Lead the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) process to identify and address skill gaps.
- Design and manage end-to-end implementation of competency-based learning curricula.
- Measure program effectiveness through data analysis and continuous improvement.
- Lead and develop the internal L&D team to enhance performance and capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in Training, L&D, or Organization Development.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a managerial or team leadership role.
- Strong project management and budget management capabilities.
- In-depth understanding of modern learning principles and instructional design.
- Proficiency in facilitating training programs and workshops.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree (S2).
- Experience in the fintech industry.
