What you will do
- Manage revenue and GPM targets for assigned divisions on the D2C channel.
- Lead the global sales calendar, including product launches, campaigns, and peak marketing moments.
- Develop and optimize pricing and promotional strategies to maximize revenue while protecting brand equity.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance to provide strategic recommendations to executives.
- Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Sales Operations teams to improve conversion, AOV, and ROI.
- Leverage AI-driven analytics to enhance forecasting, pricing decisions, and commercial execution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, Digital Sales, or Commercial roles.
- Proven track record of owning online revenue and GPM targets in a D2C environment.
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen in pricing and product lifecycle management.
- Experience working within global or regional matrix organizations.
- Proficiency with AI tools and data-driven technologies for commercial planning and execution.
- Location: Must be based in Singapore
