What you will do
- Partner with operations leadership to ensure smooth partner integrations and launch efficiency across all segments.
- Evaluate and improve current processes, technologies, and workflows to enhance partner experiences.
- Define key performance metrics, targets, and measurements to improve business operation transparency.
- Manage financial plans, including forecasting and performance tracking for operational functions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to drive operational excellence.
- Lead and mentor the operations strategist team to develop their skills and support career growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations strategy, project management, operations consulting, or process improvement.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience leading a team, preferably an operations strategist team.
- Proven change management experience, demonstrating the ability to drive adoption and create trust.
- Ability to derive actionable insights from unorganized information to drive process improvements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for articulating business issues and synthesizing solutions.
