What you will do

• Own and evolve the visual identity system across all brand touchpoints.
• Design polished assets for web, campaigns, social media, and interactive channels.
• Establish scalable brand guidelines to ensure consistency during rapid growth.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute visual strategies and campaign assets.
• Leverage AI and emerging creative tools to accelerate exploration and quality.
• Develop templates that enable the team to produce on-brand work independently.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a visual, brand, or motion designer.
• Must be based in the EU with valid working rights.
• Portfolio featuring shipped brand assets, campaign visuals, and marketing collateral.
• Strong skills in visual, UI, motion, and interactive design.
• Ability to create scalable brand systems and guidelines.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects from brief to delivery.

Nice to have

• 3D modelling and animation skills (Cinema 4D, Blender, Spline).
• Experience with no-code web tools like Webflow or Framer.
• Experience localising assets for different markets.
