What you will do

• Prepare and verify business cases for the launch of new projects.
• Diagnose business processes and product performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare comprehensive project execution reports.
• Monitor project implementation and overall portfolio progress.
• Analyze project KPIs and the realization of business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, banking, or business.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and governance practices.
• Ability to prepare executive-level presentations and reports.
• English: C1 level required
• Russian: Required
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Excel, and Visio.
